The Technical Investigative Surveillance Equipment (TechOps) is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle, specifically designed to procure technical investigative surveillance equipment for use during lawfully authorized criminal investigations. Under this IDIQ, DHS components and federal agencies who meet the requirements of Section G.2.
